Module Functionality Description
A stronger and more resilient Nation is dependent on the development and sustainment of a diverse cadre of highly capable, high performing, and results-oriented emergency management leaders to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex all-hazards environment. The success of these professionals requires integrated and collaborative leadership in all phases of emergency management and at all governmental and organizational levels. Emergency management professionals must therefore possess and apply transitional leadership skills and have a mutual understanding of authorities, mission requirements, capabilities, and operations.
To achieve this Procreate has come up with a framework where the EMTs/ EMSOs can learn the latest EMS related stuff through the interface provided.
The solution will have interfaces for the training team to upload the EMS related tutorials, videos, transcripts etc. which will be available to the EMSOs on their tablets/ MDTs.
